Car Lift USA provides a transparent return and refund process for car lifts and automotive lifting equipment purchased within the United States. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any two post car lift, four post lift, portable car lift, or other garage equipment.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
The product is in new and resalable condition
Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Installed or used car lifts
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@car-lift.us within 30 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide return authorization and instructions
Returns must be approved before shipping any item back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Due to the size and weight of automotive lifting equipment, return freight shipping costs may be significant
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Inspect the shipment upon delivery
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
Take photos of the packaging and product
Contact us within 48 hours at support@car-lift.us
We will work with the freight carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue, including replacement parts or product exchange when applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing

Shipping costs
Product condition
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed and may be subject to processing or restocking fees

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
